Mike Ferraro - Managing Director

Mike Ferraro was previously the General Manager of the Doral Mineral Sands operation and replaces Colin Bwye who has taken up a senior role with Base Iron Ltd who are developing a minerals sands project in Kenya.

There will be a period of transition but please be assured that Doral's core values remain unchanged. We will continue to place the highest priority on strong customer relationships ensuring that our reputation as a high quality producer of mineral sands and fused materials will be maintained at all times.

Graeme O'Grady - General Manager - Rockingham and Group Marketing Manager

Group Marketing Manager with responsibility for global sales and overall market direction. Graeme holds a Bachelor of Business from Curtin University majoring in marketing and management. He has worked in minerals sands mining and mineral processing for over 20 years in a wide variety of operational and senior management roles. Most recently he was European Sales and Marketing Manager for Iluka Resources before joining Doral in March 2007.

Peter Norton - Plant Manager - Rockingham

Operations Manager responsible for Doral Fused Materials and Doral Specialty Chemicals.
A qualified metallurgist and holder of a Graduate Certificate of Business Management from Deakin University and the Australian Institute of Management. Peter has extensive experience in fusion technology and mineral processing having joined the company in 1991 when the first AWA furnace was under construction.

Neil Raine - Chief Financial Officer

Neil is the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary with responsibility for financial management, corporate governance, planning and strategic development. He holds Bachelor of Science and MBA degrees from the University of Western Australia. He has worked in the chemicals and mining industries for over 20 years in a wide variety of roles. Most recently Neil was Director of Finance for Almatis in the USA before joining Doral in January 2007.
